All cats make messes. They shed, kick litter out of the box, throw up or cough up hairballs and may, if stressed or unhappy have accidents. How do you feel about having to clean up messy situations? *

At the end of each visit, we provide our clients with a detailed update about the visit. Using this scenario, please provide an update for this visit. Today you have visited Mattie, Blaze, Benny and Glenn. Mattie is an outgoing social cat who will greet you at the door. Blaze is skittish so you may not see him. Benny and Glenn are both outgoing and love to play with wand toys. The client has asked you to feed Mattie, Benny and Glenn wet food, leave a treat for Blaze, refresh the water bowls, scoop the litterboxes and ensure that the dry food bowls have food in them. During this visit you did not see Blaze. A package arrived for them and you collected their mail. *
